Brush your Teeth in 20 Seconds & get a Health Diagnosis!
A 20-second clean that doubles as a comprehensive health screening. According to the Y-Brush‘s latest press release, at CES they with will be showcasing their new Smart brush that utilizes “SmartNose” technology to detect biomarkers in the breath. This innovation reportedly allows the device to diagnose up to 300 different health conditions, including diabetes and liver disorders “without drawing a single drop of blood”.
Key Innovations and Products:
What is the SmartNose Technology?
The SmartNose sensor uses AI to analyze volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in breath to detect metabolic and inflammatory signals. It detects specific biomarkers associated with conditions like periodontitis/gingivitis, diabetes, and liver disorders.
The LEDs on the handle visualize the breath-analysis sequence and results (white for no anomaly, purple for diabetes, orange for liver disorders). Detection data will be securely stored, monitored for trends, and detailed insights are shared with dental professionals and physicians after patient’s approval.

DuoBrush Connect:
A Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled sonic toothbrush that securely transmits brushing adherence data (duration, frequency, consistency) to Medicare/Medicaid, dental insurers, and dental professionals. U.S. availability in February 2026.
Their target audience for this product are People with bad oral care, elderly, disabled individuals, etc.
Models: The new lineup also includes the Y-Brush Ultra ($129.99), Y-Brush Essential ($79.99), and Y-Brush KidsBrush ($49.99).
The Tech behind Y-Brush:
The Y-Brush claims their sonic technology can remove the same amount of plaque in 2x faster vs what a Philips Sonicare toothbrush does in 2 minutes.
The flexible Clean240 brush head has a Y-shape with 35,000 fine nylon bristles angled at 45 degrees, which replicate the Bass method recommended by dentists. The Clean240 head is available in S size (for children 4-12) and M size (for ages 13+).
