Lexar's reveals new Memory for everyone at CES : TechGoggles

LAS VEGAS – In 2026 Lexar is celebrating its 30th anniversary at CES with a line up of memory cards memory designed for creators, gamers, professionals, and next-generation smart (AI) devices.

Lexar announced three “AI-grade” flagship products:

AI-Grade SSD: Optimized for AI PCs and heavy computational workloads.
AI-Grade Storage Stick: Designed for instant storage expansion on next-generation laptops.
AI-Grade Card: Built to handle 8K AI imaging, sensor fusion, and real-time analytics.

New Hardware for Creators and Gamers

Lexar also debuting several high-performance solutions for its core photography and gaming audiences:

Professional SILVER PLUS microSDXC: Billed as the world’s fastest 2TB UHS-I microSD card, it reaches 255MB/s read and 180MB/s write speeds—optimized for 4K60P drone and action camera capture.

Lexar Air Portable SSD: An ultra-lightweight storage solution weighing only 0.6 oz, featuring automatic photo backup via the Lexar App.

TouchLock Portable SSD: A magnetic, slim drive featuring NFC dual-encryption. Users can use their smartphone as a physical key to unlock secure storage zones.

PLAY X PCIe 4.0 SSD: A high-speed NVMe drive delivering up to 7400MB/s read speeds for advanced gaming and content creation.

Global Partnership with Argentina National Football Team

In a major brand expansion, Lexar has become the global storage partner for the Argentina National Football Team. The partnership celebrates shared values of “leadership, professionalism, and global impact”.

To commemorate the alliance, Lexar will launch co-branded editions of the Lexar Air Portable SSD and Lexar SL500 Portable SSD in the first half of 2026.
