Hisense debuted a flagship 116-inch 116UXS RGB Mini-LED TV and the 300 Inch Laser Projector XR10, centers on a breakthrough in color science: the introduction of a fourth primary color to the traditional LED backlight structure.

RGB Mini-LED: The “Cyan” Breakthrough

The star of the show is the RGB Mini-LED evo system. While standard TVs use Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) light sources, Hisense’s new architecture adds a Sky Blue-Cyan fourth LED.

According to Hisense this “system-level evolution” is designed to fill a gap in the natural light spectrum that traditional displays often miss.

  • Superior Color Coverage: Exceeding 110% of the BT.2020 color space.

  • Pro-Grade Accuracy: Achieving a color accuracy of approximately ΔE 0.6.

  • Enhanced Eye Comfort: A new light-source design that reduces harmful blue light by up to 80%.

The 116UXS serves as the debut vehicle for this technology, blending extreme 116-inch scale with 134-bit color control to reproduce skies, water, and green tones.

UR8 & UR9

Recognizing that 116-inch flagship models are out of reach for many, Hisense also announced the expansion of its UR8 and UR9 series.

These lineups are designed to bring “true RGB Mini-LED performance” to mainstream consumers. Key features include:

  • Massive Size Range: Available from 55″ to 100″.

  • AI-Driven Optimization: Leveraging AI for scene and color enhancement.

  • Accessible Pricing: Positioned to make next-gen display tech the “best choice for the majority of households.”

The 300-Inch Cinematic Experience: Laser Projector XR10

For those seeking a true IMAX-scale experience, Hisense introduced the XR10 Laser Projector. Utilizing proprietary TriChroma laser technology, the XR10 can project images up to 300 inches.

The projector is built for high-brightness environments and rich color expression, anchoring Hisense’s dual-track strategy: using Mini-LED for the living room and TriChroma Laser for the ultimate home cinema.

“Together, RGB Mini-LED for ultra-large TVs and TriChroma Laser for home cinema projection define Hisense’s large-screen strategy,” the company stated, bringing its CES theme of “Innovating a Brighter Life” to the global stage.
