ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) kicked off its 20th-anniversary celebrations at CES 2026 by unveiling a massive lineup of hardware headlined  “Dare to Innovate” event.

ROG introduced the next generation of Zephyrus laptops, a collaboration with Kojima Productions, and a  holographic gaming desktop.

Thin-and-Light: Zephyrus G14 & G16

ROG has officially brought NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture to its most popular laptops. The 2026 Zephyrus G14 and G16 are now powered by up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPUs and Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors.

  • AI Power: Both models feature dedicated NPUs delivering 50 TOPS, earning them full Copilot+ PC certification for local AI tasks.

  • The Display: A new 1100-nit Nebula HDR display (OLED) offers professional-grade color accuracy () and cinematic brightness.

  • Thermal Boost: Manual mode now allows the G16’s GPU to reach a staggering 160W TGP, supported by redesigned liquid metal cooling and optimized exhaust vents.

ROG x Kojima Productions: The Flow Z13-KJP

In one of the show’s most stylish reveals, ROG partnered with legendary director Hideo Kojima and artist Yoji Shinkawa. The result is the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a limited-edition 2-in-1 gaming tablet inspired by the “Ludens” mascot

This isn’t just a skin; under the hood there’s a AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor and Radeon 8060S graphics. It’s accompanied by a specialized suite of peripherals, including a custom ROG Delta II-KJP headset and a Keris II Origin mouse, all featuring Shinkawa’s iconic aesthetic.

World-Firsts: Holograms and 240Hz AR

ROG is also pushing the boundaries of how we see our games:

  • ROG G1000 Desktop: The world’s first prebuilt PC featuring the AniMe Holo system—a holographic fan that projects customizable 3D visuals. It houses an RTX 5090 and a 420mm AIO cooler in a massive 104L “Thermal Atrium” chassis.

  • ROG XREAL R1 Glasses: These AR gaming glasses offer a world-first 240Hz micro-OLED refresh rate, projecting a 171-inch virtual screen. With spatial sound by Bose and zero-setup connectivity for the ROG Ally, they represent the next leap in portable immersion.

“ROG remains committed to pioneering the future of gaming, transforming daring visions into experiences that inspire every player,” the company stated during the event.

Beyond the flashy laptops and Kojima collaborations, ASUS ROG used CES 2026 to launch a suite of elite peripherals and internal components aimed at hardcore PC builders and competitive audiophiles.

Revolutionary “RGB Stripe” OLED Monitors

ROG announced RGB Stripe Pixel OLED technology for monitors. This new panel structure solves the “color fringing” common in older OLEDs, resulting in crystal-clear text and sharper visual edges.

  • ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM: This 27-inch features a Dual Mode function, allowing players to toggle between 4K at 240Hz for games or FHD at 480Hz.

  • ROG Swift OLED PG34WCDN: A 34-inch curved (1800R) monitor with 360Hz refresh rate and new BlackShield Film, which boosts black levels by 40% and increases scratch resistance by 2.5x.

The “Kithara” Audiophile Headset

In a surprise move, ROG partnered with high-end audio brand HIFIMAN to create the ROG Kithara. Unlike standard gaming headsets, it uses 100mm Planar Magnetic Drivers and an open-back architecture to deliver a studio-grade frequency response of 8Hz to 55kHz, aimed at gamers who demand lossless acoustic precision.

The ROG Cetra Open Wireless

The earbuds offer a unique “open-ear” design that keeps you connected to your surroundings while providing high-resolution gaming audio through 14.2mm diamond-like carbon (DLC) drivers. Built for both intense gaming and active lifestyles, they feature dual-mode connectivity with ultra-low-latency ROG SpeedNova 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth, along with a specialized USB-C dongle that supports one-way passthrough charging. With up to 16 hours of battery life, IPX5 splash resistance, and a secure fit via liquid silicone ear hooks and a detachable reflective neck strap, these earbuds ensure clear communication thanks to a Quad-Mic system with AI Noise Cancellation.
