Asus ROG is Hosting a $10,000 E-Sports Tournament

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has officially announced the launch of ROG Masters North America 2026. This open online esports tournament invites eligible gamers from across Canada and the United States to compete for a share of a US$10,000 cash prize pool. Top competitors will also earn the chance to battle live on stage during the offline finals at Game Con Canada in Edmonton, Alberta.
The tournament is organized as part of ROG’s 20th anniversary celebration. Registration is currently open and will remain active until May 30, 2026.
Tournament Formats and Featured Games
Players can register to compete in two major competitive titles, each featuring a distinct format:
-
VALORANT™: A tactical 5v5 team-based competition.
-
Street Fighter 6™: A solo, 1v1 fighting game competition.
Free Agent System for VALORANT
To make the team-based tournament accessible to individual players, ROG Masters supports a dedicated free agent pool. Solo players can sign up independently, allowing team captains to recruit from the pool. Players can also coordinate via the official ROG Masters Discord server. Any remaining free agents who are not drafted by a captain may be randomly grouped together to form competitive rosters.

The tournament progresses through two distinct phases: online qualifiers and the live, offline grand finals.
